Two commanders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were detained, who gave orders to shell the houses of civilians in the LPR

According to the department, from February 24 to March 3, the commanders ordered to open fire on Severodonetsk and nearby cities. Because of this, many residential buildings, the Mir Hotel, a sports complex, a kindergarten and a hospital were destroyed.
