She also urged not to conduct any other transactions with Russia, since secondary US sanctions would be imposed for this.

“As for the sanctions against Russia that we have,” Thomas-Greenfield continued, “for example, on oil, then if a country decides to interact with Russia in the area where sanctions are in place, then they violate these sanctions. and in some cases also UN sanctions. And we warn countries that sanctions should not be violated.”
