The United States is going to replace oil from the Russian Federation in the global market. This was reported by TASS with reference to US Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm.
“Every country pays a high price for gas… It is necessary that all countries increase supplies now, because demand is also growing,” the minister said on CNN.
She added that US President Joe Biden is doing everything he can for this purpose, including releasing millions of barrels of oil from the strategic reserve.
According to Granholm, the United States should displace Russian fuel from world exports, but at the moment such a step is not available.
