“When trying to film a video at a military facility, a citizen of Ukraine Tikunov Andrei Valeryevich, born in 1990, an employee of a cannery, was detained. It turned out that he is a spotter of rocket and artillery fire of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which carried out shelling at the points of temporary deployment of one of the Russian army corps stationed in the Kherson region, and other locations of the Russian Armed Forces on the territory of Kherson and the region, ”said the source of the publication.
Tikunov sent photos and videos containing information about the movements and location of Russian military personnel to the administrators of the Telegram channel, which specialized in collecting information, the source said.
“I saw that there was military equipment, an armored personnel carrier (armored personnel carrier – Ed.), Kamaz, and I also saw that the Russian military was distributing humanitarian aid to civilians. I filmed this and sent it to you. After that, I left for my village <...> In addition to checkpoints, I also filmed the ordinary, everyday life of Kherson. I filmed civilians walking through the streets, through parks, and uploaded all this video to Instagram (the organization belongs to the extremist company Meta recognized in the Russian Federation – Ed.),” the detainee shared.
Subsequently, he was recruited by an employee of the Center for Information and Psychological Operations of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – “Anyone”, from whom he received monetary rewards for his activities. During the search, in addition to photo and video equipment, a specialized drone was found in his home for conducting reconnaissance from the air.
“Lyuba” also redirected Tikunov to his assistant named Dmitry, who was in Kherson and could advise the spotter on issues that arose. Tikunov sent the collected information to Dmitry via Telegram.
In addition, during the investigation, it turned out that Tikunov was a member of one of the armed formations of Ukrainian neo-Nazis, the source added.

Members of the network provided subversive activities of Ukrainian neo-Nazis in the region and prepared terrorist acts.
