According to her, the term for consideration of an application for renewal of the contract can take up to two months.

Then you need to properly evaluate the apartment, said the head of the Mitino office of the Inkom-Nedvizhimost company, Natalia Borzenkova. To do this, the homeowner can independently analyze the cost of similar lots in his area.

The third step is to list the mortgage property for sale. At the same time, it is better to set the cost of an apartment 5% lower than that of analogues. To correctly determine the discount, it is better to involve a market specialist in the implementation, Borzenkova advises.

Meanwhile, the authorities of the northern capital have made it more profitable to participate in the city’s Affordable Housing program. The down payment for the purchase of an apartment was reduced from 30% to 10%, writes the St. Petersburg TV channel.
