The restaurateur named an Italian dish that is ideal for the New Year’s table

A dish of Italian cuisine, which is perfect for the New Year’s table, was named by the restaurateur, chef William Lamberti.

According to him, the longer this dish is infused, the tastier it becomes. It’s about climbing. The expert noted that it should consist of at least five layers.

When assembling such a dish, the chef advised using a metal or ceramic tray with high sides. Among the ingredients, Lamberti indicated the most common and affordable products – beef, parmesan, carrots, flour, tomato paste, rosemary and garlic, reports.
