The next stage of the “yellow” level of terrorist threat in the Belgorod region ended the day before. The Governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov decided to extend it until July 9.
The official expressed his gratitude to law enforcement agencies for their professionalism and protection of Belgorod residents “at this difficult moment.” Gladkov announced this on his Telegram channel.
“And I urge you, dear friends, to be vigilant. Carefully watch what is happening on the street, in houses, in abandoned houses, see who comes, how they behave. But I am convinced that together we will cope with any trouble,” the governor added.
Earlier, Gladkov said that the village of Khotmyzhsk, Borisov district, came under fire from Ukraine. As a result of the shelling, windows were broken in several households, roofs and fences were cut.
