We propose to calculate rental payments after the fact – how much they cut down, so much they paid. We also ask the federal authorities to work out the issue of writing off loans issued for the purchase of equipment as part of the implementation of priority investment projects. This equipment was not delivered due to the actions of unfriendly countries. Western suppliers refuse to supply paid-for equipment, but our banks continue to demand payment for these loans. I think that the state should help our enterprises in this situation
