The Constitutional Court of the Central African Republic approved the holding of a referendum on amendments to the main law of the country

At the beginning of 2023, the head of state twice appealed to the highest authority with a request to consider the decree establishing the referendum procedure. After long discussions, the lawyers approved the initiative, on the basis of which a plebiscite will be held.
