The authorities of the Moscow region provided state social assistance to 55 thousand residents

More than 55,000 residents of the Moscow region have received state social assistance since the beginning of this year. The total amount of payments exceeded 200 million rubles.

According to the vice-governor of the region, Irina Kaklyugina, social assistance was provided to low-income families and single residents. But based on the situation, benefits can be periodic or one-time, writes the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya.

“The amount of payment for one family member or a single resident can be from 300 to 1,000 rubles a month, but not more than six thousand rubles a year. For a veteran living alone or a family of veterans, also from 300 to 1,000 rubles a month, or seven thousand rubles in a calendar year, ”concluded the Ministry of Social Development.

Citizens of Russia who find themselves in a difficult life situation can count on help from the state. The amount of allowances and other benefits is determined at the regional level.
