Russian Post started delivering purchases from EU online stores

The service will be available to customers of Post Global, which is a partner of Russian Post for the delivery of goods from foreign online platforms. It is clarified that the service gives Russians access to such stores and marketplaces as Farfetch, Yoox, Asos, Net-a-Porter, Mytheresa, and European sites of Zara, H&M, COS, Adidas, Nike, Hugo Boss and other brands. .

The message says that the service accepts payment for purchases with bank cards issued in Russia. At the same time, buyers can combine several orders into one package or, conversely, split the purchase in order to send it to different addresses. The cost of delivery includes storage at the operator’s warehouse for up to 90 days.

Orders from European online stores will be delivered to the partner’s warehouses in Berlin, while the delivery time from Germany to Russia will be from 14 days. If the cost of the parcel exceeds 1,000 euros or the weight is 31 kg, you can pay the fee on the website and in the mobile application of the Post, or directly upon receipt of the parcel at the office, the Russian Post explained.

And in August, Russian Post announced the launch of delivery from US online stores. It was reported that Russian users will be able to order goods on the websites of Amazon, eBay, Revolve, Macy’s, 6pm, Carter’s, Apple, iHerb and others.

The press service of Russian Post told RG at the time that Post Global customers would be able to order door-to-door courier delivery to more than 11,000 settlements and 38,000 post offices.
