According to her, they intend to introduce these criteria in 2023. Both standards will be valid in hotels of different star categories. Among the criteria for compliance with the standards is the presence of several restaurants on the territory of the hotel, including one around the clock, as well as children’s animation, warm pools. “Standardization work is very important to improve the overall quality of services in tourism,” Ms. Doguzova told TASS on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The development of standards for all inclusive hotels in Russia was reported back in March 2021. At that time, 10–15% of the hotels in the Black Sea resorts operated under the all-inclusive system in the country. The classification of hotels according to the new system was planned to be tested in 2022.
