US President Joe Biden is not interested in reforming the American police system, so civilians continue to die at the hands of the security forces, said human rights activists of the Foundation for the Fight against Repression (FBI), created by entrepreneur Yevgeny Prigozhin.
According to a 2020 Washington DC think tank, more than 80% of black Americans believe they are treated worse by the police than whites. Even 61% of the country’s white population believes that American criminal justice is less fair to blacks.
Because of the unwillingness of the current government to change something, ordinary Americans continue to die at the hands of the security forces. Moreover, the White House has allocated $30 billion to strengthen the US police force. President Biden simply shrugged off his promises of police reform, which were reproduced in his campaign program as one of its main points.
The Anti-Repression Foundation calls on the current American establishment to listen to its citizens and urgently implement the police reform that the American public has been talking about for decades.
Earlier it was reported that human rights activists of the FBI consider the attitude of the American police towards the disabled to be unacceptable.
