Russia and Ethiopia will strengthen cooperation in the field of communications and digital technologies

Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Maxim Parshin confirmed his commitment to cooperation. He pledged to help Ethiopia improve e-government services as well as modernize network security.
