By 2030, the Russian agro-industrial complex (AIC) will not experience a shortage of highly qualified IT personnel. Elena Baturova, Director of the Center for the Development of Financial Technologies of the Russian Agricultural Bank, shared this forecast at the session “Digitalization of Business in an Era of Uncertainty”, organized by the Kommersant Publishing House as part of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. “Now most of those IT specialists with whom we communicate dream of developing computer games, work in marketing or media.
