Rosguards rescued six people in the Kerch Strait

Employees of the Rogvardia rescued six people in the Kerch Strait, they were swept out to sea on makeshift boats. This was announced today by the press service of the Rogvardia department for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.

According to the department, three people on a makeshift raft got into trouble. The wind carried them deep into the Kerch Strait.

“The servicemen of the naval detachment of the Southern District of the Russian Guard on the Skat rescue boat delivered them to the shore,” the ministry said.

Later, help was needed for three more people who went out to sea in a plywood boat and were also blown away from the shore by the wind. To rescue them, the National Guard deployed a special speedboat “Sargan”.
