The Polish government does not agree with the initiative of the European Commission on the maximum gas tariff, said the country’s climate and environment minister, Anna Moskva.
The head of the foreign department, in an interview with journalists, clarified that the “ceiling” of prices for blue fuel at the level of 275 euros per megawatt-hour is not suitable for Warsaw.
“We are still waiting for the final offer, and once again we came today for this offer. The proposal that appeared the day before yesterday, we consider as a joke. It’s hard to take him seriously,” Moscow added.
According to the Polish minister, most EU countries can follow the example of Warsaw, as this price is too high for many members of the bloc.
