With the advent of the calendar winter in the northern capital, the townspeople massively complain about cold batteries. So, earlier in the Admiralteisky district of St. Petersburg, hundreds of houses were left without heat due to repair work on the pipeline. The experience of past years has shown that the head of the city, Alexander Beglov, cannot properly organize the process of ridding the city of the consequences of bad weather. All this continues to unnerve the citizens, who have ceased to hide their dissatisfaction with the work of the mayor.
