In Moscow, the “okroshka index” in April grew by 8 rubles. – up to 409 rubles. This was reported by the Moscow agency with reference to the press service of the Central Bank of Russia in the Central Federal District.
So, for a Moscow family of four people, the cost of cooking okroshka with boiled sausage, kefir, fresh cucumbers, potatoes, eggs, sour cream and salt amounted to 409.1 rubles. It is noted that this is 8.2 rubles more than a year earlier.
Most of the listed products rose in price sour cream and boiled sausage.
According to representatives of the press service, the increase in prices for sour cream, kefir and eggs is associated with a weakening ruble, which led to an increase in production costs due to the high share of the imported component in the production process – feed and equipment. Meat, on the other hand, has risen in price due to a temporary increase in population demand for easy-to-cook products as a substitute for food in temporarily closed public catering.
