The possibility of amending the Federal Law “On the General Principles of Organization of Public Power in the Subjects of the Russian Federation” and certain legal acts is being considered, the online publication Om1.ru reports. The amendment states that regional and municipal deputies who do not live in their region for more than six months lose their mandates.
