So, last week, the Ministry of Economy proposed to introduce two new norms into the Civil Code – to supplement Article 1250 with a paragraph stating that a person who unlawfully initiated the termination of access to intellectual property on the Internet information and telecommunication network will be able to be held civilly liable in in the form of recovery of damages (in the manner described in Article 15 of the Civil Code) or compensation (now there is no such possibility). .
