According to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the company purchased $147.3 million worth of Bitcoin between August 1 and September 24 at an average price of $27,053.
At the time of writing, MicroStrategy owns 158,245 BTC, worth approximately $4.68 billion (average price $29,582).
