According to investigators, a drunken neighbor of a nine-year-old boy decided to show the child techniques using knives and inflicted a mortal wound on the student. The victim died on the spot.
Arriving operatives detained a 47-year-old suspect. A criminal case has been initiated on the murder of a minor under Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
