Vladimir Lybanev, chairman of the WGW committee on industry, construction and housing and communal services, reported on this issue.
Considered in the second reading, the bill will expand the number of recipients of state support measures. For this purpose, objects of processing, recycling, neutralization and disposal of municipal solid waste will be attributed to the life support systems of the population in the region.
Funds for reimbursement of expenses of regional operators for the treatment of MSW for transportation have already been included in the regional budget. This, as noted at the last session of the KYC during the consideration of the draft law in the first reading, will solve the main problem – to ensure the removal of municipal solid waste from the Black Sea coast and prevent possible problems in this area.
Commenting on this issue, the chairman of the ZSK said that life support systems should work clearly and smoothly, since any failure in their functioning could lead to domestic inconveniences for Kuban residents and a deterioration in the sanitary and epidemiological situation.
“In order to avoid such situations, it is necessary to work proactively. The changes we have made lay the foundation for increasing the efficiency of decision-making on state support measures aimed at eliminating the likelihood of negative scenarios,” Yuriy Burlachko emphasized commenting on the adoption of the law.
