The operations were carried out as part of testing a new asset.
Clients chose the required product, received a generated QR code and made a payment through the Ingosstrakh Bank application. According to experts, the transaction went through instantly.
Among other operations, the company has already tested the opening, closing and blocking of a digital account, replenishment and withdrawal of funds, transfers between individuals and transactions with a deferred execution date. We also tested the return of goods with the transfer of a new form of national currency to the buyer.
In the future, VSK insurance company plans to sell coverage for digital rubles.

Recall that the law on the Russian CBDC came into force on August 1.
