As Izvestiya was told in the press service of the Moscow Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the incident occurred on July 13 at about 22:40 at the entrance of one of the residential buildings on Bolshaya Kosinskaya Street.
Several people were in the entrance when a man approached them and shot them with a traumatic pistol.
Witnesses reported the incident to the police. Law enforcement agencies arrived at the scene, but the attacker had fled by then. His identity is established, commented in the department.
Four people were injured, medical workers provided them with first aid and were hospitalized.
Earlier, on July 13, in the Moscow region, a man threatened his neighbors who were disturbing their sleep with a gun.
