Group-IB opens headquarters in Dubai

Information security company Group-IB has opened a Center for Research and Attribution of Cyber ​​Threats in the Middle East and Africa in Dubai. The headquarters will relocate 18 employees from key divisions of Group-IB, headed by Ashraf Koheil, Director of Business Development for Group-IB in the region.

Over the next 18 months, no less than 50 local specialists will become part of the Dubai team – primarily experts in the field of computer forensics, trethunters, analysts, Group-IB said.

Interaction with the company’s new office in the Middle East will contribute to expanding partnerships with Group-IB, including in the framework of operational activities to combat cybercrime as part of the development of the Interpol Global Program, said Craig Jones, Interpol Director of Cybercrime Investigation at the headquarters opening ceremony.
