It is noted that the fire began at 10:17 local time (4:17 Moscow time) on the top floor of a four-story medical facility.
Rescuers pulled out ten people from the burning building, four from the bottom were seriously injured. Later it became known that they had died.
At the time of the arrival of firefighters, 30 people remained blocked in the hospital.
In less than 40 minutes, the situation with the fire was brought under control. 21 fire trucks and 51 personnel participated in extinguishing the fire.
Earlier, on July 30, a lightning strike at the Madero oil refinery in the Mexican state of Tamaulipas caught fire, killing one person. It was reported that the truck caught fire from a lightning strike, and the fire subsequently occurred at an oil well.
Prior to that, on July 23, in the state of Zulia, Venezuela, ten people died, including six children, in a fire in a private house. The wooden building burned out completely.
