“As for August, the final month of summer will not let you down and will still please us with both the sun and relatively hot days,” Tishkovets said in Telegram.
Earlier in the day, Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, told Izvestia that extreme heat is expected in Moscow from Friday, due to the western anticyclone.
The sun’s rays will prevail on Friday, on this day the air temperature will approach its norm – at night it will be +13…+15 degrees, and in the daytime – +25…+27 degrees.
On Saturday afternoon +27…+29 degrees are expected, and on Sunday – from 27 to 32 degrees.
During the first half of next week, no significant changes are predicted – the temperature is 1-2 degrees above the norm – +25 … +30 degrees.
On July 21, a “yellow” level of weather danger will operate in Moscow until the evening. Thunderstorms and winds with gusts of up to 17 m/s are possible in the capital, Moscow 24 writes.
