Finnish Foreign Minister allowed a complete ban on the issuance of EU tourist visas to Russians

The head of the Finnish Foreign Ministry gave an interview to Helsingin Sanomat. He noted that in the event of a decision on a complete ban, the EU countries, including Finland, should have other types of visas in their back pocket.
