Dutch Prosecutor’s Office to announce new results of MH17 investigation on February 8

In July 2014, the airliner crashed in the Donetsk region, killing 298 people. The Joint Investigation Team set up to investigate included representatives from Australia, Belgium, Malaysia, the Netherlands and Ukraine. The results of their work cause mistrust among Russian officials. The Russian Foreign Ministry said that the Dutch court’s disregard for the principles of impartial justice deals a serious rehearsal blow to the entire judicial system of a European state.
