From the amendments to the law “On Personal Data”, which are currently being considered in the State Duma, they will remove the requirement for continuous connection to the system for detecting, preventing and eliminating the consequences of computer attacks (GosSOPKA) of all personal data operators, and will also make it easier for businesses to interact with Roskomnadzor on the issue of cross-border transmission personal information of citizens. This decision was made at a meeting of a working group in the State Duma with the participation of business representatives. If these amendments are taken into account, it will facilitate the implementation of the law for large businesses. .
