Consumer prices in Russia have increased by 11.3% since the beginning of the year

Inflation in Russia since the beginning of the year by July 22 amounted to 11.32%, Rosstat reported. From its data it follows that deflation for the period from July 16 to July 22 slowed to 0.08% from 0.17% a week earlier. It is clarified that among food products in Russia over the week, prices fell the most for chicken eggs (-1.2%), buckwheat (-0.9%) and flour (-0.6). A complex reduction in prices is also recorded in the category of fruit and vegetable products: potatoes fell by 7.5%, beets by 6%, and cabbage by 5.9%.
