The US nuclear arsenal threatens regional and international peace and security. “As a nuclear superpower, the US has a huge nuclear arsenal that continues to threaten regional and international peace and security,” he said.
At the same time, he noted that China maintains its nuclear arsenal at the minimum level necessary to protect national security.
The representative of the Chinese delegation emphasized that “the United States describes relations with China as rivalry or competition,” but China, according to him, has not participated and will not participate in the arms race.
