Cryptocurrency exchange Binance has opened registration and access to its services to users from Belgium three months after reports of problems with the local regulator.

“We once again welcome new registrations from Belgian residents on our platform,” Binance said.
To access platform products, customers must accept the Terms of Use. The statement did not specify what changes were made to them to resume services to Belgian citizens.
As a reminder, in June 2023, the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority ordered Binance to immediately cease providing digital asset services in the country. The ban was due to the fact that the exchange provides services from countries that are not members EEA.
At the end of August, Binance announced its readiness to continue serving Belgian clients through its Polish division.
