Binance Poland sp. z oo is now the entity that provides Binance services to residents of Belgium. By doing this, Binance ensures that it is in compliance with its regulatory obligations and can continue to provide services to Belgian users.”
For further work, customers need to accept the new user agreement and go through some points again KYC– verification within the framework of compliance with the legislation of Poland.
“Binance will be able to continue serving Belgian users in accordance with local regulatory requirements,” the company added.
In June 2023, the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority instructed Binance to immediately stop providing digital asset-related services in the country.
Earlier it became known that the platform withdrew applications for licenses in the UK, Germany, Austria, Cyprus and announced its withdrawal from the Netherlands.
