Representative DAO ApeCoin, known by the pseudonym Vulkan, posted a detailed description of the salary of the organization’s management. Five members of the “special council” receive a total of $104,000 per month.

Vulkan himself as a secretary earns $7,000, and three forum administrators earn $24,000. Organizers and managers receive $27,000.
One of the Twitter users under the nickname Daniel G named sums “insane” and declared “burning money for nothing”.
He also worried about the huge salaries of the “special council” that is responsible for making and managing proposals to improve the DAO. According to him, in 2023, not a single initiative was adopted by the leadership.
Another Michel user suggested that this kind of money could be paid for hard work if it is “done properly” and with the help of “the right people”.
i think the council jobs when done properly could be a lot of work/responsibility/risk so could be justified with the right people. seems like that Gerry guy def grinds for the community, unsure about the rest.

“$100,000 for forum moderation and the same amount for oversight is, of course, ridiculous,” he added.
During the discussion, DAO board member Yat Sui declaredthat employee benefits are equivalent to “their responsibilities and roles” in the team. In his opinion, in various business sectors they pay more because of the risks, but in the crypto industry they are.
Recall that in May DAO BitDAO completed the migration of the official forum to the Mantle Network platform as part of the merger.
