As Kommersant found out, Andrei Tsarikovsky left the post of state secretary and deputy head of the FAS, which he had held since 2004. In the antimonopoly department, Andrei Tsarikovsky over the years oversaw the regulation of industry, the fuel and energy complex and the chemical industry, the fight against cartels, and events within the BRICS and the International Competition Network.
Nelly Galimkhanova, who has been working in the service since 2009, has been appointed to his place as deputy head. Since 2015, she has headed the Industry Control Department. Sergei Puzyrevsky was appointed to the post of state secretary-head, who previously, among other things, dealt with the issues of submitting draft conclusions, official responses, amendments to bills, organized legislative work as a deputy head of the service.
We will remind, earlier in the FAS the head of the department for combating cartels Andrey Tenishev has already been replaced – his place was taken by the former prosecutor of the Western Administrative District of Moscow, Grigory Radionov.
