“We are seeing a certain increase in the incidence, but this is not critical. All the precautions that we talked about, including vaccination, remain relevant for us,” said Victoria Sivak, Deputy Prime Minister of the region.
Health care facilities in the region are operating normally. Last week, an average of ten new cases of covid per day were registered in Kamchatka. On the basis of two medical facilities, 55 beds have been deployed specifically for patients with COVID-19.
The authorities remind that vaccination against coronavirus and influenza can be done in all clinics in the region.
