A resident of the Crimea was sent to a colony for beating a teenager

Sevastopol city court sentenced a man in the case of beating a teenager. On Wednesday, July 27, reports IA “Kryminform” with reference to the press service of the court.

The incident happened in February 2021. A 29-year-old man, being drunk, knocked down a young man born in 2005 who was passing by on the roadway with a kick from a moped. After that, he beat the teenager, causing serious harm to his health. A criminal case was initiated under article 111 (“Intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm out of hooligan motives”).

The court sent the man to a penal colony for 3.5 years. The verdict came into force.

As noted in the material, the convict has repeatedly been prosecuted for driving while intoxicated.

On June 28, the Main Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia said that in the south of Moscow on Lipetskaya Street, a man killed his ex-wife in an apartment, after which he tried to commit suicide. He was hospitalized.
