Bangui, December 1st. The authorities of the Central African Republic organized a military parade in honor of the celebration of the Day of the Proclamation of the Republic.

The event was attended by the head of the African country Faustin-Archange Touadéra. He drove through the streets of the capital, accompanied by the military.

The participants of the solemn event listened to the national anthem. Many came to the parade with flags.

Earlier, representatives of the Russian embassy in the CAR congratulated the country on the Republic Day. Diplomats said that this day marks the unity of the Central African nation.
