Uralchem ​​and Uralkali have left the Russian Fertilizer Producers Association (RAPU), according to the Uralchem ​​website. The companies, after consulting the Ministry of Industry and Trade, decided to freeze prices for the main groups of mineral fertilizers for Russian agricultural producers for the entire period of the autumn field work of the 2021 season at the level of May this year.

Uralchem ​​said that it wants to be responsible for the decisions and the chosen course before the Russian government without intermediaries and additional approvals, the company said.

“In this regard, the companies Uralchem ​​and Uralkali today announce the termination of their membership in the RAPU.
