Users reported a malfunction of the Tinkoff mobile application. This is evidenced by data from the Downdetector website, which tracks failures in Internet resources.
Malfunctions occurred at about 10:50 Moscow time. According to the portal, 89% of users complained about problems with logging into the system, 10% had difficulties in the operation of all services. Another 1% of users were unable to transfer money.
As noted on the map, complaints about problems came mainly from users in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don and Yekaterinburg.
On the Tinkoff Twitter page explainedthat as of 11:30 Moscow time, a small proportion of customers (less than 0.1%) had temporary difficulties with logging into the application. For most of them, the problem has already been solved, for the rest, the application will work in the near future, the company assured.
