Applications will be accepted until November 1.
President Vladimir Putin announced a one-time payment to families with school-age children during his address to the Federal Assembly. The measure will also apply to children who go to first grade. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed to submit a report on the payment by 17 August.
