The official dollar rate against the ruble, set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on Thursday, fell by 12.91 kopecks – to 60.2386 rubles, the euro – by 36.11 kopecks, to 60.2141 rubles, follows from the data of the Bank of Russia.
