NM-Tech attracted forces from Taiwan // Company hired local microelectronics specialists


As Kommersant found out, NM-Tech, owned by VEB.RF, with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, hired several dozen specialists from the Taiwanese UMC, the world’s third-largest semiconductor manufacturer. They were offered a competitive salary and a move to Russia with their families. Personnel are needed to launch a new production facility on the basis of the bankrupt Angstrem-T plant.
