Mishustin: budget revenues for the first quarter significantly exceeded the forecast

Russia is reducing its dependence on oil and gas revenues, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said at a government meeting. According to him, revenues to the federal budget of the Russian Federation for the first quarter of 2021 “significantly exceeded the forecast.”

“They (receipts. – “B”) grew to almost 5.3 trillion rubles. Moreover, the share of oil and gas revenues decreased to 30.5%, which means that the dependence on the raw material component continues to decline, ”said Mr. Mishustin (quoted by TASS).

In 2020, the volume of oil and gas revenues in Russia decreased by 2.3 trillion rubles. or 30.4%. Their share in total revenues decreased from 39.3% to 28%, the Accounts Chamber reported.
