Indian Persistent Systems: The company earned a net profit of Rs 83.8 crore during January-March 2020

Persistent Systems said on Friday that its fourth quarter integrated net profit for the quarter ended March 2021 increased by 64.3 percent year-on-year to Rs 137.7 crore. The company earned a net profit of Rs 83.8 crore during January-March 2020.

The income of the company increased by 20.2 percent to Rs 1,113.3 crore during the period under review, from Rs 926.3 crore in the same period of the previous year. The company’s net profit rose 32.4 percent to Rs 450.6 crore in FY 2020-21, while income grew 17.4 percent to Rs 4,187.8 crore.

Sandeep Kalra, executive director and chief executive officer of Persistent Systems, said, “We are happy to end FY 2021 at a high level with double-digit growth in both our revenue and EPS.” Our performance reflects the lasting core strength in digital engineering and the mutual synergy between our customers’ needs as they create the next wave of change.
