Deripaska’s ex-wife sold a 2.6% stake in En + for $ 200 million to the Emirates fund

The ex-wife of entrepreneur Oleg Deripaska, Polina Yumasheva, sold about 16.64 million, or 2.6%, of En + Group shares to the UAE sovereign wealth fund Mubadala, the company said on the website of the London Stock Exchange. At the time of publication of the material, the value of En + Group’s share on the London Stock Exchange was $ 11.8, the entire block of shares sold was worth about $ 198 million.

Thus, Ms. Yumasheva’s share in the share capital structure of En + Group decreased to 2.58% from 5.19%, and the free float share increased to 12.3%.

Earlier, Bloomberg reported Ms. Yumasheva’s negotiations with the Mubadala fund to sell part of her stake in the company. According to the agency’s sources, the fund was ready to pay $ 200 million for part of Polina Yumasheva’s share.

Mubadala is an investment fund founded by the government of Abu Dhabi (UAE). The portfolio value exceeds $ 243 billion, including assets in real estate, retail, construction, infrastructure and other areas. In 2013, Mubadala announced an investment of more than $ 7 billion in Russian projects together with the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF).
